Chile Sauce Recipe

A simple recipe for an amazing, hot chile sauce!

Ingredients:

2 lbs of pealed and roasted red or green chilli’s
2-3 pealed garlic bread cloves
½ tbsp cumin
1 tbsp salt
Juice from ¼ of a lime
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 jalapeños seeded
2 cups cold drinking water

Blend chilli’s in a food processor until chunky, then add in the remaining ingredients and continue to blend until it is smooth.

Chilli Sauce can be used immediately or frozen and used later.
