Irish Stew Recipe
Learn how to make a sintilating irish stew!
Ingredients:
4 forequarters Lamb Chops
2 Carrots
2 Cups of Water
12 Onions (Small Sized)
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
6 Potatoes (Medium Sized)
Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions:
Trim the fat from all the lamb chops.
Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces.
Peel the onions (Leave whole)
Cut the carrots into Strips
Place the 2 cups of water and all of the ingredients, minus the parsley into a pan and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Expect the stew to become thicker eventually due to the potatoes, and if this does not happen automatically take some of the potatoes out and mash with a fork before returning them to the pan and stir gently.
When serving sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
