Philly Cheese Steak

Ingredients:
Good Quality Beef (Sliced Thin)
1 Amoroso Roll
1 Medium Onion (Peeled and Chopped)
½ Cup of Provolone Cheese (Shredded)
¼ Cup Red and Green Mixed Peppers (Chopped)
Instructions:
Sauté the onions until they become translucent. Now, fry your slices of beef until it becomes brown – be careful not to burn it, as the thin slices cook quickly. Add in the peppers and cook, be sure to keep the meat moving to prevent burning. Now, spread the meat out in a way in which you are able to rest the cheese on top, and add the cheese in until it melts slightly. Turn the heat off and place ingredients into the cut and buttered roll, adding sauce if you wish.
