Alfredo Sauce Recipe
Here’s a basic recipe for a great tasting Alfredo Sauce!
Ingredients:
Noodles (Cooked)
½ Cup of Butter
¼ tsp of Salt (To Taste)
2/3 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 ¼ Cup of Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Sprinkle of Ground Black Pepper (To Taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the noodles according to directions on the packet, drain, and set aside. In a saucepan, melt the butter and heavy cream and remove from heat. Add in 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the salt, and a dash of pepper, place over heat a little longer and stir until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth in texture. Remove from heat and quickly add in the noodles and stir well to coat them in the cheese mix. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
