Cowboy Stew
Learn this recipe and you’re already half a cowboy!
Ingredients:
1 lb of Ground Beef
2 ½ Medium Onions (Chopped)
1 Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
1 Can (15 oz) of Stewed Tomatoes
1 Can (15 oz) of Whole Kernel Corn
1 Can (15 oz) of Chilli Beans
1 Can (15 oz) of Beans and Pork
Black Pepper (To Taste)
Salt (To Taste)
Instructions:
Firstly, use a frying pan to brown the ground beef, bell pepper and the onions all together. Drain off the excess juices before putting all of the ingredients into a crockpot, and cook on low for 6 – 8 hours, stirring occasionally. Add a few shakes of Black Pepper and Salt in, and serve.
