Fish and Vegetable Baby Food

White meat such as fish is a superb and vital source of nutrients for a healthy baby. Add some good wholesome vegetables and you have the best of everything your baby needs to be healthy.

Important Information:

Age Group: For babies 10 months+
Dietary Information: Serve no more than once a week to limit the mercury consumption.

Ingredients:

½ Cup of Fish (Any fish, Cod, Haddock, Tuna, Mackerel, etc.)
1/8 Cup of Milk
1 tbsp of Melted Butter
1/8 Cup of Cooked Peas (Mashed)
1/8 Cup of Cooked Carrots (Mashed)
1/8 Cup of Cooked Potatoes (Mashed)

Instructions:

Cook ingredients as you would normally, place all ingredients into a blender and turn into a puree; alternatively you can mash the ingredients. Allow puree to stand until the temperature is right for the baby, or freeze/refrigerate for later use.
